NOTD: NYC Long Wearing Nail Polish in: Tudor City teal and Starry Silver Glitter

So todays Nail polish I decided to try out one of the latest buys from NYC: Tudor City Teal and Starry  Silver Glitter. I love the color and the way it looks with my skin tone.

 

 

Nail Polish haul NYC, Sinful Color and Maybelline Color Show{Vintage Leather}

I'm beginning to get so into nails, it just makes me feel so girly to see my nails painted. So yesterday went to target and grabbed some of this nail polishes. The best thing was that NYC nail polishes are so inexpensive and the colors they have are pretty good for just .99 cents! The Maybelline were just $2.99 and Sinful color were $1.99. So for the price I think pretty good deal to feel girly!!!

Love the glitter in two, I have tried them both and so far they are pretty awesome. The only thing is that you need to put couple times in order to get the glitter on the nail. For .99 cents good quality

 I tried the "Tudor City Teal" love the color. The only bad thing I had to use at least 3 coats to be the way I like my nails to look.

 

Influester # Paradise Box

So about 1 month ago I received in the mail my first Influester Box!!! I was really excited since I love testing new products in the market. I decided to tested them out before giving my honest opinion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So the first product is the Olay Fresh Effect{ Shine, Shine Go Away}. I love this products on the days that my skin feels so oily. It does tend to dry my skin a little but after it I apply my toner and moisturizer it definitely leaves my skin feeling cleaned and purified. I have tried other products from this line and so far this one and the makeup remover cloths are my favorite.

 

 

 

Goody TangleFix: By far this product is really good in detangling hair. It helps so that when I'm brushing my hair, there is no breakage that regular combs or bushes tend to do.

 

 

 

This product really leaves my hair soft and shinny. I apply it before I blow-dry my hair or will apply it to my hair on the days I don't do anything to my hair to help with frizz and it will leave my hair really soft.

 

 

NYC Color sparkle eye dust eye shadow: My least favorite product, I tested it in different eye shadow looks but I had too much fall out. I found I really works best  as a base to give a little pop to my eye shadow. But I don't think I would wear it alone.

 

 

Dr. Scholl's For her High Hell Insoles: I would say one word that describes this product and  it will be "COMFORT". I have tried them 5 times with my high heels and I could say that it provides  comfort that high heels don't offer. so I could say that this product is definitely a product to try out.

Thinking of going to cosmetology school?

So, for an update regarding of cosmetology school, I did finish!! But my expectations regarding Empire Beauty School where not completely met. It took me almost 2 years to finish the program because I was going nights and ended up with almost 15,000 in loans. Was it worth it? No! Why? Because I did not get the education I was looking for. Most of the things I learned was because I researched places I could look at demo videos and you tube was also my instructor in learning alot about hair. Don’t get me wrong the school has a good foundation in the way they are meant to teach their students, but in my case I saw that since I was a night students we would not get the attention we deserved. They had the better teachers for the morning students. In the 2 years I was there they switch teachers to many times. And in my opinion the teachers where not trained to teach! So for those reading out there thinking about entering cosmetology school, my advice will be do the research, don’t just jump into a school because of how they paint it to be. If I would do it again, I think I would choose a cheaper school, because I think I would had gotten the same foundation of learning and maybe I think I would have gotten a better education.

Me personally I would not recommend it if you are thinking about going nights... So please do some research!!! So if any question let me know!!! In the bright side I had fun I met really nice people and overall I pleased because I did what I wanted to do Hair...



So after cosmetology school I entered Radiography school last August, and I can truly say I’m loving it!!!

Proclaim Intense Hydrating Masque

I could say my hair has found heaven with this product. I have tried it for two weeks now and I can honestly say it has made a tremendous change to my hair. It leaves it silky, manageable, and the most important thing frizz-free :-0). What more can i ask for.

So today I went to Sally beauty supply to purchase the shampoo and conditioner to see if this product works as great as the masque. We'll see!!!!…. Right now they have a sale buy 2 get 1 free for the Proclaim brand. Pretty good deal because the Shampoo and conditioner was $6.29 each and masque was 7.29. So let you know the outcomes of shampoo and conditioner!!!
